The University of Coimbra organized the XII CONFERENCES DEC / FCTUC, on the 13th and 14th of March, with the theme “Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Portuguese Public Works”.
CPT was represented by the GT2 moderator, Eng. Gonçalo Diniz Vieira, who presented a current and ground-breaking topic in the scope of Engineering and Legislation: Contractual Practices, which concerns the revision of the Public Contracts Code and its impact on underground works, in particular the ones executed in geotechnically complex conditions, such as tunnels.
